Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes are getting divorced after 5 years of marriage. Katie's attorney, Jonathan Wolfe released a statement saying, "This is a personal and private matter for Katie and her family."

Wolfe adds, "Katie's primary concern remains, as it always has been, her daughter's best interest."

It's unclear if divorce papers have been filed with the court. Tom and Katie have one child together, Suri, who is 6-years-old.

Lauryn Hill pleads guilty to tax evasion; faces 3 years in Prison

Earlier this month, Lauryn Hill was charged with tax evasion after neglecting to file taxes for three years in a row. The 37 year old Grammy award winner and mother of six yesterday June 29th plead guilty to the charges...three counts of failure to file tax returns for the years 2005, 2006, and 2007, when she earned more than $1.8 million.

According to TMZ, when the judge asked if she "intentionally and willingly" failed to file the returns, she replied, "Yes."

Lauryn faces 3 years in prison and $75,000 in fines. She was released on $150,000 bail and her sentencing hearing has been set for November.

How did he join such groups at an early stage in life? “The story started in my final year at the university of Ghana, I was studying oil and gas engineering, I got my master degree in oil and gas engineering.  At the final year, things were so tough for me that I needed to finish my education, but there was no way to get financial help, at the end of the day I consulted my parents but it was fruitless”, he stated.  


According to him,“usually I chat with somebody on the internet that helps me with money. He is a man and that was before I later got married to a Norwegian lady in 2003. We had a kid before she travelled, but she usually call me on phone once in while, at that time, I called her for financial help but she didn’t have any cash.” 


He said the person who used to assist him complained that he could not continue sending money to him, and as such, he has to fend for himself. “He told me that he cannot continue sending me, money, money. He said I  have to work for myself, and I asked him, how, he said you have to do it on your own”, he stated adding that from that point he decided to locate the church of satan in Ghana where he was told that his initiation would be done in far away Califonia, USA. In deed, travel documents were prepared for him and he travelled  to ground Lodge at Early Noise in Califonia where his initiation took place. 


He said after the initiation process, he demanded to see the devil, and was asked to write a request letter to the devil which he did. His request was granted within two weeks, and he was able to meet face to face with the devil who asked him to make three wishes, adding that his third wish for long life could not be granted because church members only live within the space of thirty years after joining the church of Satan. 

“The devil demanded that I make three wishes from him, which I consented to, that I want to be famous, wealthy and live long, but the third one he refused to grant disagreeing to the idea, that any one that joins the church of Satan will always live for thirty years, once you join at 20, you live till 50. This I agreed to because I was eager for money”, Kofi stressed. 


He further disclosed that after joining the church of Satan, Satanic Bible  was made available to him, sword of slaughter, initiation glove, Suit and other items. He however explained that he didn’t lose his manhood until he added another feather to his cap in the occult world by joining yet another group. “When I joined the Score and bone society, that’s when I sacrificed my manhood to increase my wealth”, he added. 

Beside the monetary gains from the cults, he was also sent on an assignment which is to win souls for the kingdom of Satan.  Through this, he has won more than 23 souls for Satan, using the advantage of the wealth he was given. “Boys and girls who are eager for money, wealth, I show them the way. I have offices in Port-Harcourt, Warri, Abuja, Ghana, I give them what to do and they begin to make money on their own and also teach them how to join and I send them over”, he added. 

How did this bring joy to his parents? Kofi said after making money, he decided to open a plaza for his mother in Ghana, but she rejected the offer, claiming that it was a blood money, because of her attachment to Christ and a vision she saw in which she saw the source of his wealth. But father and his siblings accepted him. 

His trouble however started after he became uncomfortable with his life. At that point, he began to look for powerful pastors that could save his life. When his cults discovered he was going astray, he was penalized and given 49 days to die. 

 “I was given 49 days to live, I have spent 19 days, and it remains 30 days, before deliverance came to me through Pastor Mouka of the Lord’s Chosen”, he stated.   

Having learnt some bitter lessons, Kofi wants youths not covet what others have while urging parents to restrict what their children watch on television screens. 
On his manhood that was restored during the deliverance session, Kofi said  “I give God all the glory that my manhood was restored back, am happy now that I can make more babies again.” 

Faroukation: Police uncover fresh $10m bribe

ABUJA — Investigations by Police detectives into the $620,000 oil subsidy bribe money collected by  Mr Farouk Lawan from oil magnate, Mr. Femi Otedola, have unearthed a wider financial scandal.

It was gathered that oil marketers who were indicted in the report recently submitted to the government by the Aigboje Aig-Imoukuede-led panel that probed the fuel subsidy claims allegedly paid about $10 million as bribe to Lawan committee.

Vanguard gathered that while the Aig-Imoukuede-led panel uncovered fraudulent overpayments to many of the oil marketers to the tune of N422 billion, all the oil marketers involved and indicted were invited and interrogated by the Lawan committee but were given a clean bill of health.

80% bribe money collected abroad

It has now emerged that the oil marketers gave bribes in foreign currency to the tune of about $10 million and that over 80 per cent of the bribes given were done abroad as the oil marketers, acting in partnership, sponsored some of the leaders of the House subsidy probe panel to the UK and the US, lodged them in choice hotels and gave them the bribes which influenced their being cleared of any fraudulent practice by the committee.

Sources told Vanguard yesterday that the decision of the oil marketers to give out such huge bribes to the House committee was to enable them use the clean bill of health report card, given by the House, to counter the report that would be presented by the Finance Committee panel.

According to sources, police detectives were shocked to find out that the amount of bribe money collected by the Lawan subsidy probe panel to over N15 billion while many House members who hitherto pretended to know nothing of the $620, 000 collected by Farouk, and even lambasted him over the $3 million scam, are neck deep in the $10 million scam.

The marketers were said to have settled for the Farouk committee because the Aig-Imoukuede panel was a no go area and bluntly told them they were not interested in taking bribes to influence their finding.

When Vanguard sought to know what the Police would do concerning the new discovery about the $10 million bribe money most of which took place abroad, it was told that the Police has its ways and that those involved would be found out.

Reps summon Otedola to appear on July 3

Meanwhile, the House of Representatives Committee on Ethics and Privileges has summoned Chairman of Zenon Petroleum and Gas Ltd, Mr. Femi Otedola, to appear before it on July 3.

This was disclosed, yesterday, by the chairman of the committee, Gambo Musa, while briefing newsmen on the proceedings of the committee which interrogated Farouk Lawan over Otedola’s allegation that Lawan collected $620,000 as part of the $3 million bribe he had demanded.

Musa said this had become necessary to enable Otedola respond to some of the revelations made by Lawan when he appeared before the committee.

Lawan who arrived the House Meeting room 4.59, venue of the hearing,  at exactly 1.05pm looked relaxed in his white caftan with a white hat to match. However, shortly after saying the prayers and reading his opening speech, Musa ordered journalists out of the venue of the hearing.

In his opening remarks, Musa recalled how the House reconvened early last January, to address the issue of the Federal Government’s withdrawal of fuel subsidy which had sparked off  nation-wide protests. He also recalled how the House had set up the Adhoc Committee led by Lawan  to probe the fuel subsidy regime and its disbursement adding that the Committee’s report  had attracted applause nation-wide after it was submitted.

He further recalled how the activities of the Committee had taken a new twist after Otedola had alleged he gave Lawan $620,000 as bribe for the purpose of delisting Zenon Petroleum and Gas Ltd. from companies indicted for diverting foreign exchange allocated to them by the CBN for the purpose of importing petroleum products.

Musa further stated that it was the responsibility of the Committee to unravel what actually transpired during its investigations. He had explained that  Lawan had to be interrogated in camera to avoid jeopardizing the Committee’s investigations.

Gay lecturer threatened failure if student refused to succumb in ABU,Zaria

Dr Gambo Abdul, a senior lecturer in the Department of Public administration at the Ahmadu Bello University Zaria, has been arrested for allegedly harassing a male student Abubakar Abdulkareem into being his gay partner.

The student had severally rebuffed the advances of the lecturer who wanted him to be his gay partner but became agitated when the lecturer threatened failure if he refused to succumb.

It was gathered that following the threat from the lecturer who is from Minna, Abubakar reported the case to his parents. Consequently, the family of the student decided to investigate further and found out that the claim of their ward was true.

The student was instructed to play along last weekend when the said lecturer invited him to a hotel located at Eastern Bye Pass in Minna. The lecturer made advances and was apprehended and taken to Chanchaga police division.

Abubakar told LEADERSHIP that his ordeal in the hand of the lecturer started over two years ago when he was doing his Diploma programme at the University before he gained admission for his degree programme.

He said that the said Lecturer was his caretaker which was why he was close to him but decided to stay away from him when he started to make illicit advances towards him.

SHOCKER: SSS Officials Arrested For Armed Robbery

 An Akure Chief Magistrates’ Court has remanded two officials of the State Security Service (SSS) in prison custody for armed robbery.



 The officials - Owolabi Kolawole (25) and Okunola Kayode (28) - were arraigned before Chief Magistrate Igbekele Akinyele on a two-count charge of conspiracy and armed robbery.

 They were said to have committed the offence with others at large on June 14, 2012 at about 11.30 a.m. at UBA on Owo/Ado Road, Akure. The police accused the two SSS operatives of robbing a car dealer, Peter Charles Denis of his N480,000.

 The offence, the police said, was contrary to and punishable under Section 402 (1) of the Criminal Code cap 30 Vol. II laws of Ondo State, 1978.

 Although the accused persons pleade not guilty, one of them, Kolawole claimed that they went to arrest the complainant, Denis, and he gave them N100,000 so that they won’t take him to their office.

 However, Chief Magistrate Akinyele told them that even if their claim was true, it amounted to bribe-taking in legal parlance.

 On his part, the Police prosecutor, ASP Pelumi Adejuwon, informed the court that he had four witnesses and urged the court to grant an adjournment to enable him to assemble them.

 Chief magistrate Akinyele also denied them bail, saying as SSS officers they were not supposed to take bribe. He thus remanded them in prison custody and adjourned the matter to July 20 for hearing.

 Okafor Chukwujekwu, a 27-year-old man, has been arrested by the police in Lagos for conspiring, arranging and kidnapping his blood brother, Cosmos Chukwujekwu for a ransom.

 Olufamous.com gathered that the victim was kidnapped close to his house at Festac Town, Lagos, and taken to an unknown place where he was made to pay N4 million ransom before he was released.

The victim surrendered his Honda car, handsets and paid cash of N1.8 million before they released him. The total value of what he paid them in exchange for his freedom was N4 million.

 Mr Cosmos reported the matter at Festac Police Division and during investigation it was discovered that it was his younger brother who executed the kidnap for selfish reasons. Olufamous.com learnt that Okafor had earlier asked his elder brother (Cosmos) for some money to set up a business. He agreed but told him to be patient and give him some time to raise some money.

 Trying to be faster than his shadow, Okafor arranged with one Malik Sherif and they ambushed Cosmos on his way home and threatened to kill him if he did not pay the money.

 Both of them were later arrested by the police. Okafor and Malik have thus been arraigned before an Apapa Magistrate court presided over by E.A. Ogundare. After listening to the case against them the presiding magistrate send them to Kirikiri prison and adjourned the matter for further hearing.

 The founder and general overseer of Lord's Delight Ministries located at No.51 Afolabi Stree, Ajangbadi in Lagos, Pastor Rita Obioma Obiakor and her husband, Pastor Paulinus Obiakor, are currently entangled in a web of accusations and counter accusations of infidelity and other behaviours unbecoming of people in their positions.

 Olufamous.com gathered that the couple recently shared their sordid stories before an Ojo customary court presided over by T.A. Said, where the wife had dragged her estranged husband to. Pastor (Mrs.) Rita, who hails from Imo State, is seeking for the dissolution of their 15-year-old marriage.

She alleged that her husband and father of her four children has turned a thorn in her flesh. Here is her own side of the story: "My husband is on the verge of destroying all the works and efforts that I have put in place to establish this church over the years”.

 “I got married to him when I was barely 16 years old, and he, 27 years. Then he had nothing, jobless and looking very unkept. I started doing odd jobs to make both ends meet. Precisely in 2005, the Lord called me into his vineyard to serve him and show his people the right path.

 "My calling was a prophetic one, so was my ministry. Since the establishment of that ministry in our two-bedroom apartment at Amukoko, the Lord has been blessing us. But my husband was like a Judas to my ministry. He was always behaving abnormally to the members, until I made him a part of the church and also gave him a good post. Yet he wouldn’t let me be. He is always accusing me of sleeping with church members during night vigil or anointing services”.

 Pastor Rita said her husband’s greed and jealousy has done much damage to the image she had laboured so much to build. The disharmony between the couple degenerated to the extent that she was forced to buy another plot of land at Shibiri, Ajangbadi, a faraway suburb, and constructed a new church, thereby abandoning the old church located at No. 1 Bakare Street, Amukoko.

 She also abandoned their accommodation, as well as give up some members of the old church to her estranged husband. “I moved in with my children to a rented apartment close to the (new) church while my faithful members moved into our new church.. So I had to ban him from entering the church and having access to the members too,” she said.

 The Husband, Pastor Obiakor stepped into the dock:
 Giving his own side of the story the husband brought a new twist to the divorce case. The 45-year old clergy accused his wife of defiling the church by sleeping with prominent male members of the congregation in order to raise fund and establish herself financially. 

 The land she acquired for the new church and her new apartment, Pastor Obiakor alleged, were paid for with fund she raised from her illicit sexual affairs with male church members.

 “My wife is the founder of the church, but as her husband, I am entitled to be the general overseer of the church. I had suspected my wife was frolicking with the wealthy and influential members of the church, my fears were eventually ascertained when she abandoned me and moved to her new church and apartment at Shibiri with a younger man she employed as her personal assistant known as Pastor Nwachineye,” Obiakor claimed.

 Pastor Obiakor disclosed that his wife, Pastor Rita, has been impregnated by the pastor she employed. He went further to disclose that she even took the young man in question to the village and introduced him to her family members and relatives as her new husband. “That is a big sacrilege because I am still very much alive and active, so why would she take another man to replace me,” he argued.

 But in spite of everything, Pastor Obiakor revealed that he still wanted her back. He admitted that his estranged wife was more like the bread winner of the family before their union ran into troubled waters. He said he is ready to forgive her of her transgressions and take her back as his wife if only she would withdraw the suit.

 After listening to the pastors, T.A. Said adjourned to matter for further hearing.

 It’s a pity i really had to learn the hard way and I really wish I had never been born, I wish I had not come out into this deceitful world where nobody cares about young people, all the so called adults do is how they would play on the intelligence of young people in a bid to exploit and use them to satisfy their insatiable sexual passion. I really feel bad about this wicked world.

 My plight started when I was sixteen, then I was still a virgin and in secondary school, I was ignorant of many things but because I see it every day on the TV and internet. More so, a couple of so called Anti AIDS people visited us in school a couple of times for lectures, but all they did was introduce sex to us even more because they really had nothing but condoms to show.

 Fine, they told us about AIDS, but at the same time, they also told us about condoms, they never really said anything real about sex, they said we could contact AIDS not through sex, but unprotected sex, which means there was nothing wrong with sex as long as you could use condoms, but all of that I now know very well are lies, and I wonder why men and women would enjoy telling teenagers deadly lies like that.

 Even though I can’t blame those people totally for my plight because they weren’t really the ones that said I should go into sex, I still never forgive them for encouraging me and other young people like me into sex with their preaching of protected sex or condom. Even though I wanted to see what sex was really like and I fantasized about it, some were within me, I was still very scared of what may happen to me afterwards if l tried it, and it was that fear that actually kept me away from it until I was sixteen.

 By the time I was sixteen, my fantasy had gotten enough boost to express itself with reliance to said to myself one day, “free yourself baby girl, there is nothing terrible in sex, can’t you see everyone is doing it, by the way, you can always use condoms nothing will happen”. So, I finally decided to let go of my fears and embrace in totality my silly fantasies, and that was how I took the very first step into this miserable life of illicit sex. I had absolutely no idea of what I was going into.

 I finally agreed to date this guy who had been disturbing me for more than a year, his name was Andrew. Andrew was five years older than me. Both of us began enjoying sex, we did it every seconds, every minute; I became addicted that I do not love doing it with condom anymore. Within the period, I had 14 abortions for Andrew, and not only that, I cheated on him in several occasions, I felt doing it with other guys will give me better sensation but all were the same.

 My school teacher got me and at the end of the day I had 6 abortions for him. And worst among was my sexual affairs with my close relations, which resulted to 5 abortions. Then I felt I was at the top of the world. I will never forgive my friends who introduced me into partying and sleeping with old men with potbelly and rough skin only in the name of sex.

 Right now, all those men have gone, and then shadow of my past sexual life still follows me around. All this pills and tablets I took are now telling on my blood stream. At times I felt like committing suicide each time I remember what the doctor told me, “Tessy, I am sorry, your womb is automatically damaged on account of the several abortion you had”, “I’m sorry, you will never conceive again in your life, but just thank God, you don’t have HIV or AIDS”.

For his latest art installation titled The Ring, American artist Spencer Tunick gathered hundreds of naked volunteers to mark the the opening of the 2012 Munich opera season. Tunick, known worldwide for his nude installations, recreated scenes from Richard Wagner’s opera Der Ring des Nibelungen. Volunteers were painted either red or gold and brought to several locations around Munich, Germany for the installation commissioned by the Bavarian State Opera.

The show ended and according to the source, Davido who was said to be drunk to stupor insisted on leaving in a friend’s car instead of going in the one the ones that brought him, and other top artistes and crew from the hotel.
He insisted though and Nosa being his host had to drive behind them, bubble later burst when thecar conveying Davido was stopped by some military men for the routine check especially at that time of the night.
Our source revealed that the obviously tipsy Davido jumped out of the car and started boasting “don’t you know me, what the fuck is wrong with you guys…” He started shouting about who he is and what guts the Mopol men had to stop his friend`s car.

The story however didn’t end there as the angry Davido did not hesitate to transfer aggression to Nosa immediately they got back to the hotel. The musician we learnt went as far as telling the man who got him the Nokia performance deal to shut up and not talk when he’s talking else he would slap him the way the Mopol treated him.
Nosa, the simple lifestyle dude who we learnt might have been in the entertainment industry before Davido was born, just walked away because he saw Davido as a proud boy.
Nonso, we gathered`is currently a stakeholder in Limelite Records which has signed artistes like Freestyle, Munachi Abii and many more. “He could not withstand a boy of Davido’s age talk to him in such manner for trying to help him realize his mistakes and as such, had to quietly walk away. Man Forcefully Kisses Mother-In-Law, Attempts To Lick Her Privates

In an incident that left the whole suburb shell shocked, a Bulawayo man did what one should never even fantacise or think of.
Tendai Shoko (28) of Gwabalanda in Bulawayo allegedly attempted to fondle his mother-in-law, Hilda Nyoni (46), whom to him was too beautiful to ignore, so it seems. Reports say Shoko PROPOSED LOVE TO HIS MOTHER-IN-LAW sometime this year and was turned down. Shoko could not take NO as an answer and allegedly went on pester her for love.
It alleged that last weekend, Shoko went to his mother-in-law’s place of residence in Luveve, in a bid to ‘knock sense’ into her mind, but was turned town as usual.
Having realised that ‘asking nicely’ was not going bear intended fruits, the son-in-law decided to forcefully grab what he has been longing for. Shoko jumped on top of her mother-in-law before trying to kiss her, it is alleged. Without wasting much of the ‘precious moment’, Shoko allegedly fondled the woman’s br*asts and attempted TO LICK HER PRIVATES, it is reported.
The woman eventually managed to set herself free from the man who is almost half her age. After notifying her neighbours, she reported the matter to the police, leading to the arrest of her lustful son-in-law.
Shoko was not asked plead when he appeared before Western Commonage magistrate Mr Richard Ramaboea. He will be back in court on 2 July facing aggravated indecent assault charges.

Gunfight Erupts Near Dala Police Station In Kano

Residents of Dala in Kano state said fierce gun battles has erupted near the police station between security agents and suspected militants in the area.
Witnesses said the intense gunfight is ongoing in the area. Some reports indicated that the gunfight has spread to Sherada quarters in Kano. Police sources stated that militants were being chased on a highway linking Dala and Sharada area.
Kano state police spokesperson Mohammed Dutshe confirmed there was a "problem" in the area. He said efforts is being made to reach the Police divisional officer to verify the position on the ground.

ANRs have also been employed in cases where a mother may desire to breastfeed her child, but has to find an alternative to inducing lactation.^[11] She may have difficulty beginning lactation, so supplements the infants's suckling with that of a partner. Or there are cases where breastfeeding was interrupted for an extended period of time as a result of infant prematurity, infant absence, or mother's illness (taking prescription medication).^[12] In such cases, adult nursing has often caused lactation to continue until it was possible for the child to resume breast feeding. Others may want to nurse an adopted child, so use an ANR to stimulate breastmilk production before the adoption occurs. Though such scenarios do not have erotic motivations, erotic expression may be an additional aspect of the relationship.

However, milk production can be "artificially" and intentionally induced in the absence of any pregnancy in the woman. This is calledinduced lactation, while a woman who has lactated before and re-starts is said to relactate. This can be done by regularly sucking on the nipples (several times a day), massaging and squeezing the female breasts or with additional help from temporary use of milk-inducing drugs, such as the Dopamine antagonist Domperidone. In principle—with considerable patience and perseverance—it is possible to induce lactation by sucking on the nipples alone.

Government of the West African country, Ghana will commence the mass deportation of Nigerians living in that country.



In response to that, the House of Representative Committee on the Diaspora said it will seek for ECOWAS assistance in order to halt the deportation process.

Same time, 29 years ago, Nigeria Government Under President Shagari embarked upon mass deportation of the people of Ghana living in Nigeria.

Woman arrested for calling Husband Boko Haram member on FB

23-year old mother of one has been arrested by policemen from Ipaja Police Station, Lagos State, Southwest Nigeria, for calling her ex-husband a member of the Boko Haram sect on Facebook, the social interaction site on internet.



The suspect, Afolakemi Mojisola Adeniyi, was arrested following a complaint lodged at the station by her former husband, Alfa Umar Gobir, that his ex-wife posted his picture on facebook and tagged him a member of the Boko Haram.


Umar told the police that he received several calls from friends and associates throughout the weekend, asking him why he joined the sect and that he kept telling them that they were mistaking him for someone else until one of his friends told him to check Facebook.

Umar said he was shocked when he saw his picture on facebook and the words written below the picture read: “This is one of the Boko Haram any time you have contact with him, bomb him.”

Umar further explained: “I was sleeping on Saturday night when I started receiving calls from my friends asking me why I joined the Boko Haram sect. I was surprised since I did not belong to the sect, but one of my friends called me again and said I should go to Facebook. He told me that my picture was there as a member of the sect.

“I was shocked when I saw my picture on the social networking site.”
Umar told the police at Ipaja that very early that day, he went to Ipaja where his ex-wife lived with her parents and reported the case to them.

His ex-wife confirmed to him that she posted the picture on Facebook because he told her that she and her child would die. Umar told the police that few hours after the parents of his ex-wife begged him to forgive her, she posted another one on Facebook saying she did not regret her action.

The second posting reads: “Am nt regrtn of d pic upload by me 2 any 1.”
When Afolakemi was arrested and the police asked her why she did it, she simply said that Umar told her that she and her child would die.

The Divisional Police Officer (DPO) in charge of Ipaja Police Station, Titiladayo Segun, after listening to both parties, advised Afolakemi and her parents to go and beg the complainant for forgiveness because of the little child they have, adding that with the evidence before him there is no way she would not go to jail should the complainant insist on going to court.

Gobir told the police that he is yet to decide whether to take his ex-wife to court, adding that he needed to consult his family over the matter.

Men who smoke before conception can damage the DNA of their offspring in the womb that may give him or her a higher risk of disease, British researchers say.

Diana Anderson of the School of Life Sciences at the University of Bradford in England, and colleagues found evidence showing why men should be urged to stop smoking before trying to conceive in the same way women have been urged to quit tobacco.

A fertile sperm cell takes about three months to fully develop; therefore men would ultimately need to quit smoking long before conception to avoid causing genetic problems, Anderson said.

Anderson and colleagues used DNA biomarkers to measure genetic changes in the paternal blood and semen around conception, as well as maternal and umbilical cord blood at delivery in families from two different European regions in central England and a Greek island.

Information regarding the lifestyle, environmental and occupational exposures of these families was taken from validated questionnaires. The combined analysis of exposures and DNA biomarkers was used to evaluate the role of exposures before conception and during pregnancy in the causation of genetic changes in the offspring.

“These transmitted genetic changes may raise the risk of developing cancer in childhood, particularly leukemia and other genetic diseases,” Anderson said in a statement. “We hope that this knowledge will urge men to cease smoking before trying to conceive.”

The findings were published in the FASEB Journal.
